The son of a successful local builder, his passion has always been property. Mason advises clients on housingmix, style and sales values and is responsible for themarketing of sites through to completion. Peter Hornor, Partner Peter oversees residential services in Norwich, working closely with and supporting the New Homes team. Through his vast experience of residential and land sales, Peter’s local knowledge and expertise is invaluable when it comes to residential developments in Norfolk. Henry Cockerton, Partner Henry has awide range of experience and expertise in all types of residential and commercial property. Henry dealswith planning, development, sales and acquisition of all types of residential development sites across the East of England, with a particular knowledge of North&West Norfolk. James Hurst, Residential SalesManager James has been involved in Estate Agency for over ten years andmanages the Residential department in King’s Lynn. He regularly advises clients on the marketing and sale of development sites, self-build plots andNewHomes. James also provides advice on site layout, housingmix and sales values.
